Welcome to the Early Adopters program, designed to boost your team's autonomy when using the OutSystems Platform. This 4 weeks program - delivered in the context of a real life project - focuses on core practices needed so that you can become an expert.
Post Production
Practices
Project Management
Status Report
Keep your stakeholders (at least the Sponsor and customer’s project manager) up to date through a weekly project status over the course of the entire project.
Project Retrospective
Conduct an internal retrospective for the full project so that both the team and OutSystems as whole can learn from what happened and use that knowledge in future projects.
Warranty
For projects where a Warranty period is sold, the customer can benefit from bug fixing even after the application is accepted or project goes live - what occurs first - and the team dismissed. The Warranty effort is different from other project items: this effort is an insurance to cover application errors and in an ideal scenario it won't be spent at all. If you are spending more something went wrong with your project and you’re having quality issues. Usually this is an one month period, but can be extended or reduced in the sales cycle, so confirm what was agreed on the proposal.
Team, and specially the Engagement Manager, should do all efforts during the project to prevent spending this warranty, namely through effective quality process.
Quality Assurance
Performance Tuning

Usability Tuning
Perform any usability quick fixes to address difficulties that are coming up on the field so that you increase adoption.
